Policies
Only authorized returns will be accepted, and must include a Return Authorization Number. Returned items other than shipping errors or warranty items will be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be in unused condition in the original packaging material.
Should a backorder occur, you will be notified. Your account will not be billed until we receive directions from you.
All orders are shipped from Manchester, CT by insured UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping is calculated at the time of the order and is $10.00 for all orders.
All products are warranted 100% free of defects for 12 months from sale. Warranty returns require a sales receipt and a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by contacting customer support at 1-(403)782-2397 or at support@precisionarcherypro.com.

If merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact Support immediately so that we can correct the problem. Retain both the original shipping container and packing materials.
